28.Jul.05	renamed RBWS_all web data_2.xls to be RBWS_yymmdd.xls where yymmdd is todays date or any future modification date; removed column headings from this "Legend Sheet" and put them in their own sheet along with all other column 																
	     heading sheets; deleted all vapor pressure data from 1992 to 2000 because it was logged incorrectly and I can't figure out how to correct it...to get this data back, see archived web files; 																
	     pasted in all collected data from all weather stations up to today; quality controlled all data and pitched outliers where they existed (these were obvious outliers like 80*C max temp or -50 kPa vapor pressure)																
10.Oct.06	I pasted in all weather station data and deleted all instrument related outliers; weather station 6 has a bad rain gauge as of 23 Aug 2004. Upon visiting weather station 6 on 6 Oct 2006, I found the solar panel wire chewed through and the																
	     rain gauge sensor wire chewed through. This appears to have happened on day 197. I am headed to weather station 6 today for repairs. Note that on Day 112 of 2005, the hourly data output for weather station 1																
	     was changed to every 10 minutes and a PAR sensor was added.
